Moffatt Optical Eye Care Group is a well-established chain of eye care practices in South Africa. Providing optical care since 1980, the group operates more than 15 branches across Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, and the Western Cape.
The organization offers eye screening for adults and children and specializes in designing and constructing optically compatible eyewear, with a broad selection of designer frames for different customer preferences.

After decades in business and experience with multiple technologies, Moffatt Optical found that its existing software no longer met its needs for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. As the business expanded, the leadership team sought a modern, cloud-based ERP platform to connect work across its branches.

From a custom order app to a connected Zoho One suite
Moffatt Optical first engaged Senthuraa Technologies for a custom Zoho Creator development project. After understanding the group’s challenges and long-term goals, Senthuraa recommended a full-scale migration to Zoho One.
With its integrated applications, flexible interface, and cost-effectiveness, Zoho One offered a modern platform to connect the company’s day-to-day operations. Moffatt Optical adopted the suite and migrated from its previous software.
