When COVID-19 lockdowns began in 2020, students and parents could no longer visit campus to submit physical application forms. CARE needed to keep enrollment moving while minimizing in-person interactions and protecting the community.

A familiar application process, delivered online
As CARE’s in-house digital solutions partner, Senthuraa Technologies recommended Zoho Forms as a quick, reliable way to bring admissions online.
Senthuraa created and customized separate Zoho Forms for bachelor’s and master’s degree programs, then embedded them directly on the CARE website so applicants could find and complete them easily. Submission data was streamlined within Zoho to simplify internal processing, with the broader Zoho ecosystem available for further integration.
The implementation helped CARE maintain its admissions timeline without delays or added administrative overhead while following COVID-19 safety protocols.
